Tom has been involved with Engineers Without Border UK since its beginnings at the University of Cambridge. The experience he gained in coordinating and overseeing the international development programmes, gave him the crucial insight that aided him in gaining the role of Head of Humanitarian at CARE. He is now a Senior Engineer at BuroHappold.
